We're researching what it would take to bring the same hands-on, owner-managed approach behind our rentals to small-scale assisted living for seniors in the Spokane area — no facility, license, or opening date yet.
We're in early conversations with postpartum care providers in the Spokane and Washington region about offering short-term, supported housing for new parents recovering after childbirth. No partnership is finalized.
